Returns and cancellations

This policy applies to prepaid visit formats described on the main page. It is written in plain language and does not replace mandatory consumer laws in New South Wales or Australia where they apply.

Cooling-off

Digital or distance contracts may include statutory cooling-off rights. If your purchase qualifies, timelines and forms will be confirmed in the written confirmation you receive after payment.

Unused visits

Where a pass has not been activated according to the internal definition on your receipt, a partial refund may be offered after deduction of any stated administration fee.

Cancellations by the venue

If a published block does not run owing to closure, recorded holders receive a credit or reschedule option. Monetary refunds follow the same channel as the original payment where possible.
